K-tips: 3 to 5 months
Keratin bonds grow out with your own hair. After 3 to 5 months I take them out and do a full reinstall, every time. In between, finger comb between the bonds so they stay separate as they grow.
Wefts: every 8 weeks
Wefts sit on a beaded foundation along a row of your hair. As your hair grows, every 8 weeks we move the wefts back up so they stay secure and clean for a healthy wear. A move-up is about 30 minutes on my booking menu.
The hair: up to a year
I use 100% Remy hair, and with good care at home the same hair can be reused for up to 12 months.
What makes them last
- Brushing morning, night and during the day. Matting starts at the nape.
- Sleeping in a loose braid, a low pony or a bonnet, so the sides are not pulled.
- Oils, a leave-in and a mask now and then. Blonde extensions dry out the fastest.
- Coming back on time for your move-up or reinstall.
